Sarah Cortez is a Los Angeles–based actress and dancer whose dynamic presence and versatility have distinguished her on stage and on screen. Raised in small towns throughout Texas, she cultivated a deep love for the performing arts at an early age, ultimately finding her true home in the theater. Her stage work has been featured at renowned venues across the Lone Star State. After graduating from the University of Houston with a BFA in acting, Sarah transitioned to the screen after relocating to California. Her television appearances include roles on acclaimed series such as 9-1-1, Black-ish, Dear White People, and Life By Ella. She stars as Dulce Flores in the feature film Long Shadows, with a cast that includes Dermot Mulroney, Jacqueline Bisset, and Dominic Monaghan. The film is slated for theatrical release September 26, 2025.
