Grainger Hines has crafted a distinguished career in theater, television and film. He appeared in the acclaimed films Lincoln, directed by Steven Spielberg, and The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, directed by the Coen Brothers.
Hines recently completed Killing of a Nation for Mexican director Carlos Bolado (La Reina del Sur) and Long Shadows, directed by William Shockley. Hines served as a producer on the project and co-wrote the script with Shockley and Shelley Reid.
Other recent projects include the film Muzzle, Netflix’s A Man in Full, Peacock’s Mrs. Davis and Dr. Death, Showtime’s The Good Lord Bird and Steven Soderbergh’s series The Knick for Cinemax.
Grainger Hines will appear with Long Shadows at 7 pm Saturday, July 26 in the Plaza Theatre.
